You can track your parcel by inserting the tracking number (which can be found on your airway bill) in our tracking app or website. Your tracking number should be on the top right of your airway bill underside of the barcode. Example image below.

Pick Up
Pick Up deliveries can be scheduled via. Telephone or email to your local branch. Don’t forget to fill out your airway bill and place onto the parcel carrier. Pick up services are usually tailored for account holders only. Please contact us to enquire more about this service.
Walk In
Walk in are accepted where senders can drop off their parcel & we will take care of the rest.
Upon receiving your delivery whether from your friendly neighborhood Tan & Tan dispatch or in-store, please have your ID ready for verification. All deliveries must be signed off by the receiver – this to ensure the safety of your delivery.
Should there be any delays or changes to your delivery route, you will receive a notification by one of our customer service representatives. If you have any concerns, please contact your local branch to seek further assistance.
